WELCOME

Villa Syrah is a modern, spacious villa situated in the peaceful village of Embres et Castelmaure - a small hamlet, in the heart of the Corbière region set amongst the beautiful vineyards in the Garrigue.

Built in 2010, the villa designed as inverted living, with floor to ceiling windows on the first floor, giving a light and airy family living space and offering cool bedrooms below - perfect for the height of the summer. Villa Syrah is equipped with many modern luxuries to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Once outside the house you step into a tranquil , typically French rural village, with daily bread and weekly fruit, veg and meat vans...but more importantly, housing a fantastic wine cave which is open daily!

ROOMS

THE VILLA

Villas Syrah is located at the edge of the village next to the vineyard. It is detached with its own private garden, pool and parking. The villa faces the vineyards and mountains and has a large pool, patio and mediterranean garden.

Twin Rooms

There are two twin bedrooms in the villas. They have large patio doors facing the garden with access outside, perfect for getting straight into the pool at the start of the day!

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a large window looking out to the garden and pool, perfect for a relaxing morning with a great view of the Corbière mountains and vineyards.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms in the villas, a family one and an ensuite in the master bedroom. Both have modern amenities - including a walk in wet room.

First Floor Living

The villa provides a large open plan living area on the first floor. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can rustle up any family meal during your stay - however if eating out is more your thing, then there are several options in the local area. The lounge area can be great for a late evening glass of red or a refreshing mint tea (fresh from the herb garden) and a family board game, or a watch of your favourite film - with a variety of dvd's available.

Outdoor Living

Whilst there is a lot to see and do in the local area, there is no better way to enjoy your holiday than relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Corbières. Grab your headphones and lay on a sun lounger, relax with a book under the shade of a gazebo or play cards on the balcony with a drink and some nibbles. And of course, when the sun is at its peak, plunge in to the pool for a refreshing swim or pool game!
